📄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ruby Key, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, customizable marketing content to help you stay consistent and grow your brand. Because all of our content is digital and delivered immediately upon release, we do not offer refunds once a monthly content drop has been accessed or delivered.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew the following month. No refunds will be issued for any month once content has been delivered.

Annual Subscriptions

If you choose to pay for the year in advance and later decide to cancel, you may request a partial refund for the remaining unused months. However, please note:

• Your refund will be prorated based on the standard monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate).

• A $250 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your annual bonus gift (such as the 10-step drip campaign or custom content).

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the cancellation request.
